Every commissioned masterpiece is sculpted, finished, and customized specifically for your unique nail anatomy.
All modifications are subject to design compatibility and approval.

After reviewing your commission request, we'll prepare a personalized quote for any requested artwork, specialty techniques, embellishments, premium materials, or intricate hand detailing.

2. Place Your Order
Your order reserves your commission and begins the design review process.
3. Design Review
We'll carefully review your commission request.
If additional information, reference images, or clarification is needed, we'll personally contact you.
At this stage, we'll also prepare your personalized artwork quote based on your requested design.
4. Quote Approval
Once you've reviewed and approved your personalized artwork quote, production will begin.
No additional artwork charges will ever be applied without your approval.
5. Handcrafting Begins
Your commissioned masterpiece is individually sculpted, designed, and handcrafted specifically for you.
6. Final Inspection & Delivery
Every masterpiece undergoes a detailed quality inspection before being carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

Inspiration is always welcome and may come from many different sources. Rather than reproducing designs mechanically, every commission is thoughtfully interpreted through the NYCHIA artistic style while honoring the client's vision.
Designs that infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other protected intellectual property may be declined or modified.
