Thank you for choosing NYCHIA Masterpiece Nails. Every NYCHIA masterpiece is handcrafted exclusively for your unique nail anatomy and made to order. Because each set is custom created specifically for you, our shipping process differs from mass-produced products.
Processing Time
Production begins only after all required information has been received and your order is ready to move into production.
For Design Gallery orders, production begins after your order is confirmed.
For Custom Commission orders, production begins only after:
- Your commission details have been reviewed.
- Any personalized artwork quote has been approved.
- Any remaining balance has been paid in full.
Production times vary depending on the complexity of your order. Estimated production timelines are displayed on each product page.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Available shipping methods and delivery estimates are presented during checkout.
Every shipment includes tracking information.
For higher-value orders, NYCHIA may require signature confirmation to help protect your purchase.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are under the carrier's control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

At this time, NYCHIA primarily ships within the United States.
