Application, Care & Removal Guide

APPLICATION CARE & REMOVAL GUIDE

Your Nychia nails are individually sculpted from your personal archived master models and engineered for a precise anatomical fit.

For best results, follow these instructions carefully.

APPLICATION GUIDE

  1. PREPARE YOUR NATURAL NAILS

For maximum adhesion, your natural nails must be:

• Clean
• Completely dry
• Free of lotions, oils, or residue
• Bare (no polish, gel, acrylic, dip powder, or overlays)

For best results:

• Gently push back cuticles
• Lightly buff the natural nail surface
• Clean each nail with 90–99% alcohol
• Allow nails to dry completely before application

  1. APPLY YOUR ADHESIVE

Nychia nails are designed to be worn using a thin layer of professional nail adhesive.

Because your nails were sculpted from your personal impressions, only a small amount of adhesive is required to achieve a secure and natural fit.

Apply:

• A thin, even layer of nail glue to the natural nail
• A small amount of nail glue inside the Nychia nail

Avoid excessive glue application.

More glue does not create a stronger bond and may increase cleanup after removal.

  1. APPLY THE NAIL

• Align the nail at the cuticle area first
• Lower the nail carefully into position
• Press firmly for 30–60 seconds
• Apply pressure from cuticle to tip
• Avoid sliding the nail after placement

Apply one nail at a time.

  1. ALLOW THE ADHESIVE TO SET

For maximum retention:

• Avoid water exposure for at least 1 hour
• Avoid oils and lotions immediately after application
• Avoid excessive pressure during the first few hours of wear

WEAR TIPS

To maximize wear time:

• Wear gloves when cleaning
• Avoid using nails as tools
• Keep cuticles moisturized
• Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals
• Store your set properly between wears

With proper care, your Nychia nails can be worn repeatedly for years.

REMOVAL GUIDE

Never force, pry, twist, or pull your nails off.

Proper removal protects both your natural nails and your Nychia set.

REMOVING NAILS

  1. Fill a bowl with warm water.
  2. Add cuticle oil, olive oil, or similar nail-safe oil.
  3. Soak for several minutes.
  4. Gently work around the edges using a wooden cuticle stick.
  5. Continue soaking as needed.
  6. Allow the adhesive to release naturally.

Patience is the safest and most effective removal method.

DO NOT

• Force removal
• Pry aggressively
• Twist the nail off
• Snap the nail off
• Use excessive force

Improper removal may damage both your natural nails and your Nychia set.

CLEANING AFTER REMOVAL

After removal:

• Remove remaining adhesive from the underside of the nails
• Lightly buff away residue if necessary
• Clean with alcohol
• Allow nails to dry completely
• Store in your Nychia storage box

Proper care helps preserve your set for future wear.

TROUBLESHOOTING

MY NAILS ARE LIFTING

Possible causes:

• Natural nails were not properly cleansed
• Oils or lotions were present
• Insufficient adhesive was used
• Pressure was not held long enough during application

GLUE SPREADS FROM THE SIDES

Possible causes:

• Too much adhesive was applied
• Excess pressure was used during placement

Use a smaller amount of glue and apply one nail at a time.

I'M HAVING TROUBLE REMOVING THEM

• Re-soak in warm water and oil
• Continue working gently around the edges
• Allow additional time for the adhesive to release naturally

Never force removal.
