Order Requirements
Nychia creates custom-fit luxury nail sets sculpted from each client's unique nail anatomy. Every set is individually handcrafted using your archived master models to provide a level of fit, structure, and customization not possible with traditional press-on nails.
Please review the following requirements before placing your order.
FIRST-TIME CLIENTS
Every first-time Nychia order includes the creation of your personal archived master models.
The cost of the Impression Kit, impression processing, stone master creation, and master archiving is included in the pricing of First Nychia Orders.
No separate Impression Kit purchase is required.
After placing your first order:
• A Nychia Impression Kit will be shipped to you.
• Complete and return your impressions using the provided instructions.
• Your impressions will be used to create your personal stone master models.
• Your master models will be permanently archived by Nychia for future use.
• Your ordered nail set will then be sculpted from those masters.
Once your masters are on file, future Nychia orders do not require another impression process unless there has been a significant change to your natural nails.
Returning clients receive reduced pricing because their archived masters already exist and do not need to be recreated.
IMPRESSION KIT PROCESS
Upon receipt of your Impression Kit:
• Complete all ten nail impressions according to the included instructions.
• Return the completed kit using the provided return packaging.
• Follow the enclosed tutorial and instruction materials carefully.
Once received by Nychia:
• Impressions are inspected for quality and completeness.
• Stone master models are created from your impressions.
• Your master models are archived for future use.
• Production begins after masters are approved.
If impressions are incomplete, distorted, or unusable, additional impressions may be required before production can proceed.
PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND TIMES
Production timelines are based on receipt and approval of impressions.
FIRST-TIME CLIENTS
Production begins after:
• Impressions are received.
• Impressions pass inspection.
• Master models are created and approved.
Estimated production time:
7–14 business days depending on design complexity and current production schedule.
RETURNING CLIENTS
Clients with archived master models on file bypass the impression process.
Estimated production time:
5–10 business days depending on design complexity and current production schedule.
Shipping time is separate from production time.
CUSTOMIZATION & DESIGN REQUESTS
Nychia offers both collection designs and custom creations.
Collection Designs
Collection sets are produced as shown and include the artwork, embellishments, and design elements featured in the listing.
Custom Requests
Clients may submit:
• Color changes
• Shape changes
• Length changes
• Inspiration photos
• Design modifications
• Fully custom concepts
Custom requests may require additional review, pricing adjustments, or approval before production.
FIT ACCURACY
The fit of your Nychia nails is based on the quality of the impressions provided.
For best results:
• Follow all impression instructions carefully.
• Return impressions promptly.
• Ensure all impressions are complete and undistorted.
Nychia is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete impressions.
ORDER HOLDS
Orders may be temporarily placed on hold if:
• Required impressions have not been received.
• Additional information is needed.
• Design clarification is required.
• A custom request requires approval.
Production timelines begin only after all required information has been received.
FINAL SALE POLICY
Because all Nychia products are custom-made specifically for each client, all sales are final.
Refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not available once production has begun.
