Commission Policy

Every NYCHIA Custom Commission is handcrafted exclusively for the client who places the order. Because each commission is designed specifically for your unique nail anatomy and artistic vision, please review the following policy before placing your order.

The Commission Process

Every Custom Commission begins with the starting price associated with your selected shape and length.

After your order is placed, NYCHIA will review your commission request and any inspiration provided. If your requested design includes artwork, specialty techniques, embellishments, or premium materials beyond the selected foundation, you will receive a personalized artwork quote.

Production begins only after:

• Your commission details have been reviewed.
• Your personalized artwork quote has been approved.
• Any remaining balance has been paid in full.

Inspiration Images

Customers are welcome to submit inspiration from social media, photographs, fashion, jewelry, artwork, or other sources.

These references are used solely to communicate your vision. Every NYCHIA commission is interpreted through the NYCHIA artistic style and handcrafted as an original custom creation.

NYCHIA reserves the right to decline requests that infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

Design Changes

Minor clarifications may be discussed before production begins.

Once production has started, changes to the design may not be possible and may require additional charges if approved.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations are generally not available because your set is being custom created specifically for you.

Artistic Discretion

Every handcrafted masterpiece is individually created. Slight variations in placement, brushwork, crystals, pigments, or handcrafted details are a natural part of artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects
